1. RESEARCH - Trend boards, market research, trend prediction
2. SKETCHING - pencil and colour sketches to find suitable design options
3. RENDERING - Presentation renderings in Illustrator and photoshop
4. TECH PACKS - Footwear fully detailed with upper and outsole designs. Design relayed to factory with chosen colour ways and materials.
5. ADJUSTMENTS - Adjustments to upper, outsole, last or materials made remotely or on site at factory.
